This hotel is perfectly located for those who like casinos and karaoke bars. It is right in the centre of everything, very near the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. the room is comfortable with spacious beds and the bathroom is clean and tidy. the service is friendly and efficient.

The pool is quite small and there is limited seating available.

we arrived late the first evening and the staff welcomed us was very professional

the fordable bed in the living room was not comfy at all and very noisy with any move.the apartment is not very quiet, we hear all neighbours.

Deauville is a lovely town,

This hotel was shocking best described as grubby or grotty, sunken spotlights above our heads in the bedroom ceiling were hanging from their wires, the equipment toaster cutlery etc was so grubby you would not use it! The carpet in the bedroom was long past it's sell by date grubby and cigarette burned. The shower head would not stay in place. When brought to the attention of the staff they could not care less, I asked for a manager to be told a manager would not be available for over a week.

This hotel offers great value for money; it's really affordable considering its central location near the beach and in the heart of Deauville. The staff here are attentive and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. The views of the harbor are an added bonus. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and a great way to start your day.

No major improvements needed, everything was fantastic!

The location is amazing and staff are pretty friendly.

We have only got one key and we were 4 in apartment, that was inconvenient.

Convience to city center

I had to fill out a 3 page inventory check list upon arrival with over 102 catagories, many of the terms were unknown, I.E. shooting cork, crisp flat,protection bell. There would be a 1000 euro plus charge if items were missing. Very stressful! This was unacceptable after having flown from Dallas to Paris and driven 3 hours to Deauville.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants and just a short walk away from the beach. the apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast or a quick snack. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and local recommendations.

The sofa bed and extra bed were not very comfortable, so it was a bit of a tight squeeze for four people. the towels provided were small and thin.

Wifi from main hotel didn't extend to this location. The absence of anyone on the desk later at night would have caused a severe problem had the plastic key not worked (it did, though)

Nice appartment. Good location: Close to the beach, casino, shopping, Trouville. Effective heating (we stayed at March).

There is no view. We were asked to fill a long long inventory list. I find it to tiring for one night stay!!

Spent a fun Xmas with my friends! Loved the location as it was close to all the shops and a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We appreciated the free towels and fresh sheets provided.

The room felt a bit cramped for four people, and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. We also had trouble with the wifi and the TV had a fuzzy signal.

Had the weather been better we would have been able to use the outdoor pool and spend less time in the apartment in which case we may have found that we had enough room etc. The hotel is well located with some lovely walks close by and the beach is great.

The sofa bed was broken and I was injured trying to put it back together. We had to ask for towels and there was no soap etc in the bathroom.

Location was ok. Was a short walk to the beach. Big apt. and clean.

Reception was hard to find. no parking!!! The hotel owns only two slots. Our air cond. was broken we told the desk and they said they would write it up. no one came. We checked the next morning and reception told me I didn't tell them.

Right in the center of everything, this hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful beach of Deauville. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

No major issues - all was satisfactory.
